Nasir bin olu Dara Jones a.k.a Nas is one of the most celebrated and influential rappers of all time.Born 14,1973 in Brooklyn New York. His unique style of story telling, lyrical prowess, and ability to paint vivid pictures with his rhymes has earned him a legion of dedicated fans and cemented his place in the pantheon of rap's legends.
He has produced some of the greatest albums of all time like it was written, God's son and life is good. He raps about his experiences growing up in Queensbridge and the struggle he faced living in a drug infested neighborhood. He has collaborated with artists like Jay-Z, Kanye West and Damian Marley among others.
