 Oprah Winfrey is an American talk show host, television producer, actress, author and motivation speaker. She is best known for a talk show. The Oprah winfrey talk show which run in national syndication for 25 years.Born January 29, 1954(71 years) Mississippi, United States. Her net worth is 3.1 billion USD  and the first black woman to own a production company HARPO PRODUCTIONS, her parents are Vernon Winfrey and Vernita Lee.

Oprah is the first black billionaire, financial success enabled her to"make an important difference in people's life." The Oprah Winfrey foundation supports the inspiration, empowerment and education of women, children and families around the world. The foundation also funded the building of the Oprah Winfrey leadership academy for girls in South Africa.

Oprah's angel network raised over 80 million USD to provide scholarships to needy students, funded over 200 habitant for humanity homes and built schools in thirteen countries. She has been an advocate for important causes, such as child protection. Her campaign for national database of child abusers led to the signing of  the national child protection act also known as THE OPRAH BILL.

About global philanthropy Oprah has supported causes in Africa , including health care, education and women's empowerment. She contributed 21 million USD to support underserved communities in the US during the covid-19 pandemic. During hurricane katrina she donated 10 million USD to help survivors and rebuild communities. Oprah explains the real meaning of the saying 'it's important to be great but then more important to be good to people when you become great.'

Through openly bearing her soul, she has exposed traumatic episodes from her own life on nationwide television. The experience was a catalyst in creating a bond between herself and her viewers. Perhaps it's from this pain that reveals her roots about dedication to philanthropy.

Oprah Winfrey has become one of the most admired American television icons of all time. Oprah has won numerous awards for her personal and professional work. She was awarded the first BOB HOPE HUMANITARIAN AWARD, Time magazine also named her as one of the 100 most influential people of the twentieth century.

Other awards received by Oprah include two PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS. The national academy for television  arts and sciences' LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, THE GEORGE FOSTER PEABODY AWARD, THE NATIONAL BOOK FOUNDATION FIFIETH ANNIVERSARY GOLD MEDAL, THE NAACP IMAGE AWARD(4 YEARS RUNNING) AND THE NAACP'S ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR.

I think we can all agree that we have no reason to disrespect a woman,enormously we have to first thank a woman for bringing us to life. Blessed is the hand that gives than the one that receives. The service work and charity we do on earth is the rent we pay to be in heaven.
